Wanna sell more stuff? You need to figure out what triggers customers to buy. That’s my jam.

Hey, I’m Katelyn Bourgoin. I’m a marketer by trade and a 4X founder by choice.

My specialty is helping marketers and product teams figure out what triggers customers to buy.

I’ve been called an “influential entrepreneur” by Forbes and named as one of the “top 20 wonder women of SaaS marketing and growth.”

I’ve run my own branding agency—reeling in clients like Target and Holiday Inn—built and sold a restaurant consulting business in under 2 years, and founded a VC-backed tech company that Inc. Magazine once called “the next LinkedIn” (spoiler: that last one didn’t quiiiiiiite go as planned).

Over the years, I’ve been featured in Forbes, Inc., USA Today, HuffPost, CBC, CTV, Bustle, and more.

That’s my professional highlight reel… but what does any of it really mean? And why should you give a damn?

Well, it means that I’ve been in the game long enough—and made enough mistakes along the way—that I know some stuff.

After 10+ years in business, there’s one thing I know for sure…

👉👉 If you don’t know *exactly* which customers you should target or what fuels their buying decisions, growth will always feel painfully slow. 👈👈

I help frustrated product teams to figure out what triggers people to buy. When you understand why people *really* buy—like the deeply emotional and often unconscious stuff—your team will market smarter and sell more stuff.

I started doing this work one-on-one with companies back in 2017. But I quickly realized that lots of businesses were struggling to understand their customers, so I launched Customer Camp in 2018 so I could help more people.

At Customer Camp, our in-person workshops give teams the time, space and direction to focus on what matters most: their customers.

After all… whoever gets closer to the customer wins.
