After years of marketing and sales experience at Mediahuis, one of the biggest media companies in Belgium, Kaat founded her own Conversion Agency within the company.
As she loves data and doesn’t like to rely on ‘gut feeling’, she wanted to have a solid scientific base for the redesigns and A/B tests. Therefore she started to study Behavior Psychology and the discipline of Behavior Design.
In the meanwhile she started collaborating with the Dutch agency Buyerminds who practiced the discipline of Behavior Design for years.
Now working for Buyerminds as Behavior Design Director, she likes to share her knowledge and create better user experiences together with clients like Volvo, BNP Paribas Fortis, Robert Half, Bolia, WWF.
