Let’s talk about emotions

By now you all know Cialdini and the different psychological tactics to use in your designs. But if we all use them, how can we make the difference?

As we are designing H2H (Human to Human), we also need to design for emotions: amplify the positive and mitigate the negative ones.

I will share some tactics you can use right away and guide you through the process of detecting where you need more focus on emotional design.
