Paddle was already a fast-growing startup (Deloitte Fast50 software company for several years running), but when our average contract value 10X’d and we shifted our focus to SaaS, it was marketing that had to reinvent itself the most.

In this presentation, I’ll walk through our evolving thinking, frameworks, and process we use to refocus around new customer insights, shift our positioning, manage disruptive changes across our go-to-market team, and build an event-based, intent-driven account-based marketing engine at the heart of our new strategy today.
